Our thermal underwear is made of a knitted fabric with a unique weave pattern. Due to this weaving technique, it is capable of optimal moisture removal and heat maintainance. The use of various types fibers contribute to the best possible characteristics found in our thermal underwear collections

Cotton is a natural fiber of organic origin. Air permeable and hygroscopic properties, cotton is durable, easily washed frequently and hardwearing. This material is hypoallergenic, antistatic and hygienic.

Organic cotton grows in ecologically pure zones without chemical usage. As cotton naturally matures at different rates, it is gathered as cotton boxes ripen. Organic cotton is considerably better in quality and pure because it doesn’t contain cotton leaves that are normally picked by automatic systems. Due to this fact, knitted fabric of organic cotton is very soft and tender to the touch.

Wool is a natural fiber of animal origin. It maintains warmth while allowing the body to “breathe” to remain dry. Natural wool fibers are healthy. Their properties strengthen the immune system, reduce stress and have an antiseptic effect. Natural wool produces a beneficial influence upon the human body as it stimulates blood circulation while improving skin and muscle condition. Wool is hydroscopic, heat-insulated and air permeable. Wool fibers maintain warmth to produce an excellent heating effect and cold defense.

Merino wool comes from the Merino sheep and offers excellent thermostatic properties. The garments made of Merino wool regulate humidity and prevent overheating and exposure. Lanolin is contained in merino wool and has a wholesome effect on the muscles and joints while stimulating blood circulation. Merino wool is long, white and thin, its thickness is less that 24 microns. Garments made of merino wool are not only soft and tender to the touch, but also offer ideal air permeability.

EnerUP®Dehair Angora is produced of Angora rabbit down. This fiber is fluffy, soft and warm. The fibers do not cause allergic reactions and aid in the removal of moisture away from the skin to let it “breathe”.

Soya fiber is created on the basis of organic proteins found in soya beans (soybean protein fibre — SPF). According to research, SPF produces a positive effect on humans’ skin improving its overall energetic balance. Some of the healthy organic components prevent early skin aging. Soya fibers (SPF) also offer an antibacterial effect as well as reducing the inflammatory processes.

Bamboo fiber is a type of viscose made from bamboo wood whose properties resemble flax. Garments knitted of bamboo yarn offer a wonderful moisture absorbing effect (three times better than cotton). Bamboo fiber is very durable and keeps its’ shape after laundering. Materials made of bamboo have antibacterial properties and do not cause skin irritation. Bamboo materials are softer than cotton and resemble silk to the touch. Bamboo fiber has a porous structure that allows moisture to be effectively absorbed by the linen and quickly evaporated.

EnerUP® Bamboo charcoal. Thanks to the porous structure, bamboo fiber absorbs far-infrared rays and then reproduces them to the human body. In the process of production natural bamboo is burned at a 1200º Ñ temperature when it then turns to charcoal. This charcoal is treated by nanocrystallization and implanted in viscose. According to clinical research, EnerUP® Bamboo charcoal improves blood and micro-circulation.

Viscose Viloft® is a fiber made of pine tree cellulose. The specific structure of Viscose Viloft® isolates cold and keeps warmth within the material. The fiber effectively removes moisture and evaporates it. It does not cause allergic reaction and skin irritation and is durable while keeping shape after numerous laundries.

Softwarm™ is a new generation material that combines the fibers of viscose Viloft® and acrylic. Softwarm™ absorbs moisture off of the skin and then generates and maintains warmth. Thanks to its capillary properties, moisture is effectively removed and evaporated leaving your skin dry. This fiber is soft and cozy to the touch.

Softwarm™ Milky. Milk protein is a natural emollient. A special technology is used to add natural milk protein to the Softwarm™ fiber to give a moistening effect of the fabric. The innovative fiber Softwarm™ Milky contains 18 amino acids useful and healthy for the human body. The natural components care about your skin health and beauty. Thanks to the special structure of the fibers, the material is capable of effective moisture removal. The evaporated moisture is converted into warmth which is maintained by the fiber, keeping you warm and comfortable.

Acrylic is a soft synthetic fiber which resembles wool in its properties. It is durable and has heightened heat isolating characteristics. Acrylic fibers effectively accept dye which is why the yarn’s color appears to be bright and saturated. Garments containing acrylic are resistant to pilling and durable.

Polyester is a synthetic material, which is often used in sport garments. Depending on the linen structure, it could be of different texture and properties. The essential advantages of this material are lightness, “breathing” effect, quick-drying, ability to keep shape, temperature control and water resistance.

EnerUP®Hollow Fiber is innovative polyester fabric. Thanks to the hollow structure, the garments containing EnerUP®Hollow Fiber perfectly maintains warmth. Silicone steep prevents the garment from tangling, allowing it to maintain its shape for a very long time.

Polyester CoolDry® is a synthetic material that is very soft to the touch and doesn’t need specials care and maintenance. It possesses high capillary and cooling effect with excellent permeability, allowing it to dry very quickly.

Nylon is a synthetic fiber of the polyamide group. Polyamide fibers are the most durable and resistant to rubbing. Nylon was created by the firm Du Pont in 1935 during the process of searching for a material which resembles silk in its properties. In 1939, it was represented in the World Exhibition in New York and there it was given its name – by the abbreviation of New York City –“NYlon”.

Polyamide Meryl®Skinlife is a modern antibacterial polyamide microfiber, which helps to support natural skin balance regardless of the type and intensity of physical exercise. Meryl®Skinlife is very soft and pleasant to the touch. The fabric removes excess moisture from the skin and evaporates quickly, leaving the body in warm and dry. Meryl®Skinlife maintains natural body temperature much better than cotton. Meryl®Skinlife also contains in its polymer matrix silver ions, which prevent bacteria reproduction and consequently unpleasant smells.

Polyamide Nilit® Aquarius is light, soft, flexible and elastic. Special fiber structure stimulates moisture removal and quick drying.

Elastane (or Spandex) is a polyurethane fiber resembling rubber strings. It can be stretched up four to seven times its original length. Elastane is used in small portions in combination with other fibers. For imparting elastane’s properties to the garment, it’s required only 1-2% of this fiber to be added into composition.

Polyester Termolite® is a synthetic fiber, which provides warmth and comfort. It is light and doesn’t gain weight even when it’s wet. It dries twice as fast as cotton and gives ideal freedom for movements.

Polyamide Copper contains a unique anti-bacterial property that prevents bacteria reproduction. Such an effect is produced thanks to the copper ions included in the fiber. PA Copper maintains natural bacterial skin balance and reduces unpleasant smells. These properties do not change even after numerous laundries.

Polyamide Cordura® is a pneumo-textured, super-durable nylon produced by DuPont® which is used for additional toughness. The material is known for its durability, lightweight, softness, flexibility and water-resistant properties. Cordura® became popular among those who appreciate durability, reliability and style.
